History
Blueforces were set up at the request of the British Army to assist Service personnel find, buy and finance suitable residential property and then to provide a comprehensive management service to those wishing to remain in quarters but rent out their property. Blueforces now provides a full range of specialist property related services and a unique property management service to all branches of the Armed Forces, MOD Civil Servants, attached civilian employees, TA, Volunteer, Reserve Forces, service leavers and their families, wherever they are in the world.
Staff
Blueforces were formed by ex Servicemen. It is largely run and staffed by ex Forces personnel and current Forces spouses. Blueforces understands service life and its challenges. Blueforces have designed special schemes and services with developers, estate agents, property managers and mortgage lenders to ensure Service personnel benefit rather than be disadvantaged by their service careers.
Special Services
Blueforces was the first dedicated Forces organisation to develop a cash grant purchase scheme and it remains the only one that has special purchase schemes with national developers to make home ownership more affordable.
Blueforces is the only dedicated Forces organisation that has special agreements with the top UK lenders to offer the best mortgage deals to serving personnel, wherever they are serving in the world.
Blueforces is the only dedicated Forces organisation that has a unique property management service which will rent out your property, collect rents and pay all bills, including your mortgage, separate from your normal finances.
