Letting
If you purchase property through Blueforces to rent out, you can choose to either manage the property yourself, (or appoint your own property managers) or join our specially designed Property Management Scheme for the Armed Forces.
Our scheme was designed in consultation with senior Military Commanders to offer a comprehensive management service, which provides cover for things that may potentially go wrong, gets you to budget ahead for expected landlord costs, as well as build reserve funds for potential future expenses, such as maintenance. We set up a Property Management Account (PMA) for you, into which we pay your rent and out of which we pay all your bills (including your mortgage).
Blueforces can:
- Find and screen tenants if you want to rent out your property
- Handle the day-to-day issues and only contact you when necessary
- Manage and maintain your property and pay all the bills including your mortgage
- Manage and protect and insure your interests
- Provide regular reports and do your landlords tax return for you each year
