JSHAO provides all Service personnel and their families with information and advice in order to encourage the consideration of civilian housing options whilst they are serving and when they are about to return to civilian life. JSHAO also provides help and information to ex-Service personnel who are still in Service Families’ Accommodation
JSHAO are not able to provide you with Financial advice or provide comparable cost analysis or advice relating to the various house purchase options, grants and incentives available through the MOD, Government and commercial organisations. They are a good independent source of general information.

When leaving the services most people require two things a job and somewhere to live. Blueforces believe we can help you on the place to live front, CTP can help with the Job. CTP website contains advice and information for personnel who are leaving or have already left the Armed Forces. You will find information about who they are, what they can do for you and eligibility for their services. You can search for resettlement workshops and vocational training courses to help you prepare for your future career.
Services Insurance and Investment Advisory Panel (SIIAP)(Click Here to go to Website)
SIIAP is an advisory panel of regulated insurance and independent Financial advisers. They all specialise in offering services to members of HM Forces and regulated by the appropriate authority in the United Kingdom. If you get advice from a member of SIIAP you can be sure that the advice, service and product you get is tailor made for the Service Community.
Many insurance products sold by non SIIAP members, even through the Defence Discount Directory, are not wholly suitable for members of the Armed Forces.
